What are the payment methods?
- We receive payments of cash, check, or money orders.
What are your policy for cancellations?
- All we ask is at least 24 hour notice, if notice is not provided this may result in fees.
Do I have to be at home ? No.
- You don't necessarily have to be at home.
- You can leave the keys with us and arrange their return.
Does the price include taxes?
- We pay taxes on your cleaning so you don't. The price quoted includes taxes, our prices are competitive so you will see a difference in your savings.
What do have to do before the cleaning ?
- So that the time we spend in your home can efficient as possible we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
- If we are cleaning your carpets, please vacuum all areas that are going to be cleaned.

Are you insured?- If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service. Call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning and will return and address your requests.
