Cleaning Services FAQs

What products do you use?
  • We make it simple you can provide us the products you would like us to use or we can use our own.
 What are the payment methods?
  • We receive payments of cash, check, or money orders.
 What are your policy for cancellations?
  • All we ask is at least 24 hour notice, if notice is not provided this may result in fees. 
Do I have to be at home ? No.
  • You don't necessarily have to be at home.
  • You can leave the keys with us and arrange their return.
Does the price include taxes?
  • We pay taxes on your cleaning so you don't. The price  quoted includes taxes, our prices are competitive so you will see a difference in your savings.
 What do have to do before the cleaning ?
  • So that the time we spend in your home can efficient as possible we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
  • If we are cleaning your carpets, please vacuum all areas that are going to be cleaned.

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service. Call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning and  will return and address your requests. 
Are you insured?

  • Yes we carry liability insurance.
